Anna Silk

Anna Silk is Canadian actress and has gained fame in Canada for the role as Bo. Silk is born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. The daughter of Peter who is a professor, as well as Ilkay Silk, a prominent performer, actress, and playwright and Director of Drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna was a child and watched her mother working and going to play rehearsals. Silk was featured in a variety of commercials as just a child. She graduated from St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was active in at least two productions in the theater's early days, such as Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk made the move to Toronto for further development of her acting career in November 1999, and during the following decade relocated in the following decade to Los Angeles California. Silk met her husband, Seth Cooperman, at an acting training held in Los Angeles in 2007. They got married in 2009 and married at a civil wedding ceremony in December of the same year. They were married in Fredericton on April 10, the couple renewed their vows following her decision to convert to Judaism. Silk Cooperman had a baby boy, her son Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May of 2013. The second son of hers, Levi Aaron was born on May 13 2016. Silk is famous for her television role as Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009 she was nominated by the Gemini Awards. In 2009, she was cast in the lead role as Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. Silk got pregnant in the course of production of the third season finale episode. She announced the pregnancy to fans of the series during a Showcase show's pre-show Season Three special on January 6 2013. On June 4, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced the beginning of production for the fourth season. On June 20 2013 Silk posted on Twitter that she was back to the series. CNN's Cable News Network named her portrayal of Bo and Lauren (Zoie Parker) in Lost Girl as same-sex couples among their top TV Couples. E! named them as the most popular TV Couple for 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk is the result, and its popularity on social media has earned it a large online fan base.
